Anglo Aunty’s Kitchen began with a simple mission: to share the wonderful, long-forgotten recipes of Anglo-Indian cuisine with the world.

 

For our founder, Naveen, this journey started right at home. He fell completely in love with the rich, soulful Anglo Indian dishes prepared by his cook, Uncle John, an 80-year-old gentleman who spent decades mastering traditional dishes. Every meal was a comforting taste of history and nostalgia. Knowing these flavors were too precious to fade away, we created this brand as a humble attempt to preserve and share this unique culinary heritage.

 

The name “Anglo Aunty’s Kitchen” is a heartfelt tribute. It honors the woman who originally taught Uncle John his craft—his mentor. Today, we proudly carry forward her legacy, bringing authentic, small-batch flavors from her kitchen straight to yours.
